Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All shirts are made-to-order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production, plus 3–5 business days for shipping. During peak seasons or restocks, production time may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Domestic Shipping Only:
We currently ship within the United States.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because each item is custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing, fit, or change of mind.

If your shirt arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at magic@charmedshirts.com with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly replace your item or offer store credit at our discretion.

Please note: Normal wear and tear, improper washing, or mishandling after delivery do not qualify for replacement.
